The staff was nice and dynamic and the place was clean. The room was silent & huge, came with single bed, tea bags plus comfortable chair. The restaurant was particularly good and the breakfast was satisfactory with expresso and coffee & expresso, as example. The location in a nice area was great and brilliant. You can find Le Terminus not too far from the hotel to a have lunch. I appreciated the stay and recommend the venue.

This hotel was set in a very central area really close to main Shopping opportunities at Gare de Midi, metro station and carrefour and trams. And it's not too far from Sultan Grill Bruxelles, ate there once or twice.

I had a great breakfast with expresso and coffee & expresso, as for instance. The rooms were modern and family-friendly with comfortable beds, tea bags, safe, I thoroughly enjoyed that. The location was very central, close enough to railway station as well as grand place.

The location was comfortable for Brussels, close enough to the train station and rental car counters, and Brugge, Ghent and Antwerp from there. It was only a short distance to Mammouth, where you can have lunch.

Got all I wanted, good value. The property was pretty standard and exceptionally comfortable with attentive stuff at the reception desk. The hotel's location was convenient and absolutely perfect, not far from tram lines as well as the Eurostar train station. It was a super close walk to L'orient Express, where you can have dinner. Generally everything was fine, nevertheless the bathroom was dirty.
